[Ho Chi Minh’s famous Restaurant – 4] Tomidaya Ramen ‘토미다야 라멘’
Today, I’m introducing RAMEN TOMIDAYA, a ramen restaurant in Ho Chi Minh located in Binh Thanh District. It’s located not far from Vinhomes Apartment. With Japanese and Western restaurants gathered there, it feels a bit like Gyeongnidan-gil in Korea.
빈탄군에 위치한 호치민 라멘 맛집 RAMEN TOMIDAYA입니다.
빈홈 아파트에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치하고 있어요.
일본, 서양 음식점들이 모여있는 게 한국의 경리단 길 느낌도 난답니다.
The sign “Only cash” catches my eye, haha.
This is the menu. It’s a system where you add to a basic option, but the price is not cheap. And tax is separate.. When I visit a place for the first time, I always order the first item on the menu.

기본에서 추가하는 방식인데 가격이 저렴하지는 않아요.

Since the portion wouldn’t be huge anyway, I ordered the Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen with added chashu and egg, priced at 200K.
저는 처음 방문하는 곳에서는 항상 첫 번째 메뉴를 주문해요.
어차피 양은 엄청 많지 않을 것이기에 소유(간장)라멘에 차슈와 계란이 추가된 200K짜리를 주문했어요.

드디어 나온 라멘~~두둥!!
he color of the soup makes my mouth water. The subtle scent of soy sauce was also nice. The portion is neither too much nor too little, but for those who eat a lot, it might be a bit small.
국물 색이 군침돌게 해요.
간장의 향도 은은하게 올라오는 게 좋더라고요.
양은 많지도 적지도 않은 정도인데 많이 드시는 분들은 적을 수도 있겠더라구요.
Slurp the noodles~ The noodles also have that distinct fresh noodle taste. If you eat them with the soup, the charm of Shoyu Ramen fills your mouth~
Today, I introduced Ramen Tomidaya located in Binh Thanh District. It’s tasty, but considering the price for a single ramen meal, I can’t strongly recommend it, haha. Just stop by if you’re nearby and craving ramen~~
